2nd location that I've had issues at regarding membership. When people pay for a service, they expect the service. Gym has gone downhill. Operations manager isn't much better either, tried to gaslight me talking bout "pre opening memberships, they were just giving out towels" No sweetie, that's what I signed up and paid for and been paying for over 3 years. Bout to close this membership and go to club 4 or whatever competition this gym has in the surrounding area.

This is about the person training, not the gym. DO NOT sign up for it here unless you want to get scammed. I signed up for 8 sessions when I joined the gym to try it out. Wasn’t really impressed with the PT itself. Paid for my 8 sessions and that was it. I was never informed I had to personally cancel my PT plan after 8 session or I would continue to be charged. Bobby is hands down one of the best parts of this gym! His energy is always positive and motivating, and he consistently delivers outstanding customer service. He goes out of his way to check on people during their workouts, makes sure everyone feels comfortable, and genuinely cares about the members’ experience. It’s rare to find someone who brings this level of enthusiasm and attentiveness every single day. Bobby is a big reason I keep coming back. The gym is lucky to have him!
