I came to the gym as a guest and I ended up joining. I could not be happier. The sign up process was simple and easy. I also signed up for personal training. There were some hiccups with scheduling my trainer, but the staff matched me with Ash. She is positive, encouraging, supportive and a great trainer. I'm very happy with our weekly schedule, as she helps me on my health journey . Ash is an asset to this location. The rest of the staff is just as friendly and supportive. I am actually happy to go to the gym.

I had a 10:00am training session booked at EōS Fitness with trainer Ashley. Around 8:00am the same day, I received a text from her personal phone number introducing herself, confirming the time (“See you at the trainer’s desk at 10am”).
