I joined this gym several months ago and have been happy. The overall vibe is friendly and diverse. You're greeted with a smile and kindness when entering and leaving. There is a good variety of equipment, amenities and classes. The clientele is diverse and laid-back, mostly all are just there to work hard. I've enjoyed personal training with Murph and stretching with Addi since joining and they've made a huge difference in the way I feel!

J Murph is an excellent personal trainer at this EōS Fitness. He’s knowledgeable, motivating, creates a supportive and fun atmosphere all while doing a great job tailoring workouts to your goals and fitness level. He’s the lead Personal Trainer. He pushes you in the best way while keeping the sessions engaging and supportive. I’ve seen real progress since training with him and highly recommend J Murph to anyone looking for a trainer who truly cares about your results.
