9/25/25 I showed up for my appointment at 1:30pm, as scheduled, and asked for Austin like the text confirmation instructed. Unfortunately, he was in a meeting. I waited about 10 minutes before asking if someone else could give me the tour so I could get started, but was told he was still unavailable. This left a poor first impression.
