This place needs more management presence. Since starting my membership and my Personal Training program, have had 3 different trainers, the first 2 left the company, and i got to a point that i want to cancel my PT program, and has been trying to communicate with a manager for almost a month, there never seems to be one at this location or they are unavailable.
