I love my Gym!
Using the pool everyday is like flipping a coin. One day the water is a perfect temp and the next it has ice cubes floating in it. Oh and let's not forget to mention the ice box feeling in the pool area. The ac is on very cold and very high. You practically have icicles hanging off your nose . No matter how many times we have complained it doesn't change.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
I am a paying member at this gym x4 for me and my family and I have never had so many problems every time I try to enter the gym. I didn’t have my bar code on me, so I told the manager to look it up my phone #, he then proceeded to tell me that with the FAMILY PLAN you can only use the gym if the one who signed up for the family plan is present which is a COMPLETE LIE.
