This gym is awesome. It has everything you need all under one roof. The staff is great. The parking is always full, but it just tells you how good of a gym it is.

The amount of things to do at the gym is amazing. However sales staff and training staff do not always know what the other is doing. Lots of misinformation. I was actually hurt by a trainer even though I told them I couldn't do something they made me do it anyway. So no I would not recommend training at all.

I don't usually write reviews, however it is very frustrating to come to the gym to use the sauna and or another amenities and is told that these things are broken, the sauna was broken since labor day and no one can find a resolution or have any idea when it would be repaired .
