I’m writing this review because I’ve visited nearly every EOS Fitness location, and I’ve consistently run into the same problems across multiple gyms. 1) Pushy sales culture / constant upselling The sales approach feels aggressive and manipulative. This place only has a few aerobic classes in the mornings very early and it is damn near IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL!! We canceled over a year ago and they're running us around in circles and creditors are bothering my friend who paid for it for me! They said that they refuse to let us cancel so it's continuing to rack up monthly fees and it's already gone to creditors even though we canceled over a year ago!!

This place is amazing. This is my first ever gym membership and I'm happy it's with the EōS off cave Creek and cactus. The employees here are genuine and they honestly care about the people here. Their trainers know what they are talking about and they really motivate you while working with them. I give EōS here 5 stars. It's a clean gym, they have essentials needed for variety of things and I appreciate that! Thank you EōS, you're awesome

DO NOT GO TO THIS GYM. Absolutely terrible and dishonest experience. They completely took advantage of me as an exchange student and pressured me until I gave in. I clearly said NO to personal training multiple times, but they wouldn’t stop pushing until I finally agreed — only because they promised it would be for one month only and that I could cancel afterward.
