Decent facilty, silly micromanagement. The management purposely goes out of its way to find silly matters and drops stupid rules that ultimately punish members. 10 minute restriction on massage chairs, a jacuzzi filled with human sediment that I've seen cleaned once, managers barely out of puberty,etc; the list goes on. From what I've been told the facility off Warner/I10 is far better run; I'll be relocating there.
