This place would be five stars if they didn't BLAST the worst music possible. It's so ridiculous - do you not realize that 99.9% of your guests are wearing headphones and listening to their own stuff? We don't need music blasting! Should be barely audible. I can hear it over my AirPods it's so annoying. Life Time is much better about this.
I lost my phone at this EOS gym, so I went to the front desk to ask if anyone had turned it in. No one seemed to care. They barely looked at me, just shook their heads and said they didn’t have it. No questions about what kind of phone it was, no offer to help me look, nothing. It was like they couldn’t be bothered. A little later, I spoke to another employee who actually offered to help.
