July of 2025 my husband and I signed up for EŌS. We were offered personal training but opted out of it. Somehow we got signed up for it. We got it cancelled and moved on. They were quick to sign me up, offered to give me a tour of the gym they were all so nice loved going there took my first zumba classes the instructor was awesome. Thank you eos

Horrible customer service dealing with the manager and now needing to get district/region manager involved. Signed up during the pre grand opening before construction was complete and after that received no communication about when the gym would open until I noticed a charge and called and found out it had been open for a month tried talking with the manager to cancel/refund and he was completely unwilling to do anything. Update for 2024 gave them a second chance but after telling them no repeatedly they still tried to belit... read more
