Been a member at various EOS clubs since the brands' first opening. I've had an issue with billing after moving to a state without an EOS, and can't get anyone to help me. I have now reached out to the help line, store Managers, GMs, and Regional VPs. I keep getting the run around. This is unfortunate as this is poor business practice.
