Their showers have been down all month, so if you work out hard and don't want to stink, find somewhere else. They don't care about maintaining their facility at all. They just put up gyms and pack them full of memberships

guys be extremely careful when you go to eos fitness. these people mislead you easily . they explain something and get sign on something. they told me if i cancel within 30 days i do not have to worry. and they got sign on wrong paper and charged heavy money. when you talk to these people these are very rude. not worth going there. very bad place

I am a regular member, and wish I was having a better experience at EOS Temecula. Their equipment and facility is clean and the classes they offer are great. I will warn anyone signing up for personal training to be cautious - and AVOID going through Joey Amieva. He will sell you the world getting you to sign up... and swindled us out of $350 in the end. Slimy. In addition... the high schoolers in the evening are e.v.e.r.y.w.h.e.r.e. taking up all the equipment and just talking to friends rather than working out. I will say ... read more

Terrible Terrible experience with EOS in Ahwatukee not only did they attempt to steal $162 from me in the middle of a pandemic they also have terrible customer service. I have been in communication with them since March of this year trying to get a membership canceled I didn't authorize! not only did they promise me a refund initially in march for the mix up (that they never gave me )they confirmed I didn't even have a membership! Good afternoon EOS Team, PLEASE HELP ME! Below you will find the email I have sent your staff and still have not gotten a response on my report. I really feel like we were conned out of money.
