BAD!!! They are sucking BIG TIME - I was told when I signed up that the private coach was 2 free and cancelled anytime - what a freaking crock of shit! This location is horrible. The bathrooms are filthy, the equipment is constantly broken. We paid to be able to take advantage of the water massage chairs, but they are ALWAYS broken. The movie theater regularly is down, the HVAC regularly goes out, and the staff is rude and they have literally STOLEN $450 from my bank account. When calling, conveniently, NONE of the managers are available to speak with me. The front desk staff is incredibly rude. 100% do NOT give them your payment information. I invested heavily in personal training sessions for myself and my son and tracked every visit carefully. Despite clear scheduling agreements from the start, I am still owed six paid sessions total. Terrible General Manager. It’s all about the sale and not customer service. I sat through a sales pitch for 15 minutes and didn’t sign up. He gave me his card and wrote his cell on it. Got home and another sales person reached out to me. I replied with questions but got no response. I called and texted the GM but he never replied. The spa was a feature I wanted but it wasn’t working when I was there and I wanted to know if it was being repaired. I guess I’ll never know.

This gym is hot as shit in here! Not enough fans ! The air conditioners don't work in the whole gym circulation sucks in the gym. Lvac has never had this problem! You would think in 118 degrees weather it would be cool enough to catch your breath after a set! The women's bathroom feels like a dam sauna and dirty at times. Also smells like weed ,disgusting! Can you please do better!
As of now I don’t recommend EOS. Im still trying to figure it out but yesterdays encounter at the salt lake location off 515 s 700 e was the worst yet. I have been to the kaysville and bountiful location and I’m trying a new location tomorrow but salt lake I will never go to again. I have been with vasa since 2013 I just barley in January cancelled that membership to come try EōS out. It was going pretty good until I went to the salt lake location.
