Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I needed help with my account. No one at the counter could help, even after 6 attempts. No way to talk to anyone over the phone or chat. Just wanted to downgrade my account. So I opened a new account and closed my original. Now I am being charged for 2 accounts and my original account is charging me more money than before. Still can not get anyone to help.
Don't go to this gym. These little.. . Nope nope I'm not going to say it never mind I'm going to keep this PG.. They care more about getting a commission then telling the truth do not trust them, no matter what they say they're lying. why would this be a business model for a gym? just be honest and I would have used your gym forever but no you had to lie to me
I signed up for personal training with Tallulah in January, and it was the best decision I could have ever made! She has been so helpful in helping me reach my goals and is very knowledgeable about what I need to do outside of the gym. Thank you, Tallulah! I love you lots
