This location is horrible. The bathrooms are filthy, the equipment is constantly broken. We paid to be able to take advantage of the water massage chairs, but they are ALWAYS broken. The movie theater regularly is down, the HVAC regularly goes out, and the staff is rude and they have literally STOLEN $450 from my bank account. When calling, conveniently, NONE of the managers are available to speak with me. The front desk staff is incredibly rude. 100% do NOT give them your payment information. They steal and then they refuse... read more
