I very rarely take the time to write a review but I have had the absolute worst experience at this gym. I’ve been a member for almost a year and this past week has been a complete joke. I had an issue with the personal training program, when I went to speak, very kindly, to the manager (Dexter) he was so rude, I’m honestly stunned. Super bummed about the cycling studio closing but Anastasia is the best. She is always smiling when I check in and is always willing to answer any question I might have.
