I’ve been a member now of EOS Fitness probably close to 5 years and going strong. Recently, I changed my membership from the one that allowed me to go to all locations to exclusively going to just the Tatum location, which is open 24/7. Totally love this location and I’m really glad I saved quite a bit of money with the $9.99 per month membership. Trying to cancelled my membership but was hit with almost $100 fee
Hi @lyam.kenworthy, Could you please check your email and respond at your earliest convenience? I have been following up regarding the refund that was assured to me. This relates to a situation where one of your sales representatives sold the service under incorrect pretenses, after which you and your team confirmed that I would receive a full refund. I would appreciate an update on the status of that refund. Thank you.
