Why in the world is it so impossible to downgrade your membership here? If you are thinking about a membership do yourself a GIANT favor and start small because it takes months (no joke, months) for anything to be done. I asked for a downgrade the beginning of July and in August I finally got it approved (after going to the desk once a week to check on it) and then still got charged for my higher membership so now it’s September basically and I’m still waiting on the refund they promised. Joined this gym before it opened and have watched it go downhill in the past few years. The only reason I keep me and my family members' memberships are due to the location and I absolutely love my 6am fitness class instructors- Amber and Michelle. EOS gyms are such a disappointment. 80 percent of the time their equipments and machines are broken. They already have limited machines and most of them are broken makes it a very useless gym. ⭐️ Very difficult cancellation process — be careful with recurring charges I would strongly caution anyone considering this gym to read the cancellation terms carefully.
