I joined EOS in 2022 impressed with its high energy environment, ample equipment, swimming pool and classes. Six months ago I began training with Grace Quattro to rebuild strength since having joint replacement surgery. Great results. Grace with her expertise, skill set, emotional IQ and fun attitude has challenged me through a variety of exercises suited just for me to increase my full body strength, endurance and range of motion.
