Terrible General Manager. It’s all about the sale and not customer service. I sat through a sales pitch for 15 minutes and didn’t sign up. He gave me his card and wrote his cell on it. Got home and another sales person reached out to me. I replied with questions but got no response. I called and texted the GM but he never replied. The spa was a feature I wanted but it wasn’t working when I was there and I wanted to know if it was being repaired. I guess I’ll never know.
This club is fantastic, everything you could need in a gym Brandon was super helpful setting me up Today I watched School of Rock while running on the treadmill - is that cool or what???

This gym is hot as shit in here! Not enough fans ! The air conditioners don't work in the whole gym circulation sucks in the gym. Lvac has never had this problem! You would think in 118 degrees weather it would be cool enough to catch your breath after a set! The women's bathroom feels like a dam sauna and dirty at times. Also smells like weed ,disgusting! Can you please do better!
As of now I don’t recommend EOS. Im still trying to figure it out but yesterdays encounter at the salt lake location off 515 s 700 e was the worst yet. I have been to the kaysville and bountiful location and I’m trying a new location tomorrow but salt lake I will never go to again. I have been with vasa since 2013 I just barley in January cancelled that membership to come try EōS out. It was going pretty good until I went to the salt lake location. So now I got to back to the gym. After work show up with the cops just to get them back it’s embarrassing and have to cause a scene just to get my headphones back this is really ridiculous
Well it started off as a really good then turned really sour fast!! So I left gym leaving my AirPods at the gym realizing 10 mins later when gps kept saying it’s at the gym. Called and talked to taylor Moses and he said that someone turned them in and he would put a note on them so I can pick them up. Show up to pick them up and employee s are stated they don’t have any at all in list of found but my gps shows it’s there so used the find my and once you get close to the desk it show there near and walk away shows far.
