Used to love this gym, had been going for years without issues. But then I purchased a guest pass from them at the front desk for an additional $10/month, to make my new total $20/month. I was told this clearly by the salesperson and my guest also recalls this. However, they must’ve mistakenly entered it as an additional $20/month, making my total $30/month, and charged me that for 7 months before I caught it.
