They offer no towel service! Most locations do, including my home location. Inexcusable, but definitely fixable!

I have had a membership at the EOS location at Ray and Cooper for about a year and a half for myself and my disabled son. We use the pool because the water is really good for his joints. Currently, the door to the pool area is broken, so we are unable to use the pool. I cannot bring him through the locker rooms because i can’t go through the men’s locker room, and he can’t go through the women’s. Only 1 star because I cannot give less. Complete scam of a company! DO NOT DO IT!!! "Scheduled" me for a personal training session. When I showed up the trainer looked at me like I was crazy for thinking I had an appointment with her. Looked up for me when my appointment was and it was NEVER scheduled. No offer to schedule another one. I requested a refund to which they billed me $150 more for more sessions. I tried to cancel my membership but I "cannot while waiting for a refund" they say.
