Ray and Cooper specifically. All others I've been to are 5 stars! This facility isn't ever comparable to others. A front desk gentlemen told me to make this review because the management here leaves open tickets. I've been there 2x before work and the air conditioning in the locker room is broken. Summer in Phoenix is bad as it is. Try working out and shower before work with no air conditioning. Broken bosu ball been there for mo the. The staff are friendly and helpful, making each visit a positive experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great fitness environment!
Nevi was amazinggg, so kind and helpful and we’ll definitely be back because of her, staff seemed genuinely happy to be there.
