I’ve had a great experience working with Mehr one of the personal trainers at the Ehrlich Tampa location. She creates well-structured workouts tailored to my goals and always makes sure my form is correct so I get the most out of each session. I’ve seen real progress in my strength and overall fitness. I highly recommend Mehr if you’re looking for someone knowledgeable, motivating, and professional. She is the best.
Mya and logan have great customer service!! I love eos they made the experience so enjoyable for me I sometimes look forward to seeing them when I come in!

Overall, it's a nice gym with good prices! Lots of equipment, but it's very dirty.
