This has been one of the most unprofessional and frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with a gym. EŌS and their billing company (ABC Solutions) have repeatedly double-charged both me and my sister, totaling nearly $300. Despite countless calls, in-person visits (at least five), and even filing disputes with my credit card, nothing has been resolved. I absolutely love EOS and my personal trainer Mehr! She is the best, I started a few months ago and have really seen progress in my strength and endurance.
