The worst experience I've ever had with any gym. This EOS location reactivated my cancelled account without permission or knowledge, charged me for 6 months, and then sent it to collections. When I tried to resolve it, management told me the only "forgiveness" was to sign up for another membership to clear my "debt". BEWARE THEY WILL SCAM YOU!!! Had to pay them for services I never knew I was being charged for just to get out of collections. Will get every dollar they can out of you through their contract loopholes and not f... read more
Okay equipment, but during peak hours staff was doing nothing about entire rows of machines being sat on by kids just playing on their phones and not working out.
Just an absolutely friendly and welcoming gym on the planet. No other gym has ever treated me the way eos has. Well worth it!
