When I showed up for the first time this gym turned me down “because I had a Michigan ID.” They then proceeded to try to get me to pay for a temporary pass instead (despite the fact that I live here). Avoid this place.
Good gym. You will definitely get what you need done. It usually is very busy so you will wait for equipment. The bathroom/sauna needs more attention especially towards the evening.
Staff is weird
I visited this gym for the first time today (August 23 at approximately 4:50PM) to redeem my online 7-day trial pass. Unfortunately, the check-in experience was extremely unwelcoming and disappointing. When I approached the front desk, I informed the staff member—whose name starts with 'D'— a Caucasian girl, super lazy, with the utmost nastiness attitude,that it was my first time here and presented my 7-day pass.
