Worst repair experience, if you can even call it a repair. I brought my car in because the air conditioner was blowing warm air. They kept my car for an entire day and when I picked it up, the AC still wasn't working and now my check engine light was on. They called me and said a sensor needed to be replaced, so they replaced it and charged me for the repair. As soon as I left the parking lot, the check engine light came back on. My favorite auto shop. Ever! I’ve tried so many other places in the Bay Area. They run business from a place of true integrity and can be trusted to do excellent honest work. The whole staff works hard, and they are kind, friendly, and humble. I’ve seen multiple customers arrive in a panic because someone else overcharged them and they got a second opinion at E’s that was much lower! True community vibes!Â
