Fantastic. Simon knows exactly what he’s doing and goes through what you’re hoping to achieve, in my case a painful shoulder before treatment. The treatment itself is spot on. Definitely book with him if you want a massage from relaxing to sports massage he knows what he’s doing. I’ll be booking again. Thank you Simon, you helped relieve my pain and stress.
Had a sports massage session from Simon and I'm very happy. He's very knowledgeable, knew exactly what was wrong after the consultation and assessment, used effective techniques to relieve pain in problem areas and provided great aftercare/exercises. Also made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire session. Felt so relaxed after. I would definitely recommend!
I went to see Simon for a massage after completing a long distance multi day hike - I wasn’t really sure what I wanted but after a chat we figured out what would be best for me. Simon is lovely and really easy to talk to. I had a great massage and it was a nice calming environment to be in as well.

I booked an appointment with Simon to help with some tightness and tension in my neck, back and shoulders. After the session I felt deeply relaxed, much freer in my muscles and my nervous system had completely down-regulated. I would highly recommend Simon's service to anyone who is looking for relief from physical pain and tension, or a space to relax and wind down. I will be booking another treatment soon!
