Update: Condescending reply from owner of clone scooter reseller Go buy a Ninebot Max for Less and get 65km range and more power
5 Star service. I got a flat tyre on one of my scooters. Contacted eRyd and the sent me out spare at no cost the very next day. So easy to deal with, quick response and excellent service.
eRYD are a fantastic company. I have the Matt White Glide and my partner has one as well. We enjoy our scooters usually on the weekends when we have good weather. We researched and soon learnt that they are a NZ owned company which is pretty awesome! with that in mind you can see they actually care about their customers, your not just a sale. We feel valued and happy with our whole experience so we are happy to recommend eRYD
I’ve been on a few different hired scooters. Decided to buy one out right to get to work. Saw the Armani Pro on an ad and looked into eRYD. They looked professional, gave them a call and sure enough. Looking forward to receiving the new Armani Pro. Impressed by all the added features and being a solid Polynesian boy I need something that’s sturdy. Thanks eRYD happy to recommend!
