Been dealing with Erwins for 30 years so obviously it works for me. Last week they fit me in for next day service. That's service !
Needed some parts for a lower unit shaft seal repair on my 25hp Mercury outboard and was getting some mixed information on the parts and install. But after contacting Erwin's Marine and speaking with Josh in the repair/parts department I was able to get great customer service, the parts I needed, and expert advice on the proper installation. Great people there and I will be returning for other parts and service in the future.
Erin and the team at Erwin's are the best! Two seasons now with them, and as a first-time boat owner I was super nervous, but they've made the whole process seamless and worry free. They're responsive, fast and courteous, with fair pricing, and my boat runs and looks great. If you need anything boat related, I highly recommend Erwin's Marine!
