Our bills for our rental property here are always higher than our personal home. We have a 700 SQ ft rental property that is vacant and Everytime we turn the power on for a couple weeks to clean, it it is $200 even when we set the air conditioning to 78 or turn it off completely. There is also no option to only turn power on, we get charged $30 for water and $25 for wastewater whether it is used or not.
This business is pure corruption I’m was delayed 4 days after pass due they cut the power we just noticed when we arrive home after work in cool whether so I’m pay the full amount over that they charge me 175 dollars on top of my full amount for reconnection fee I think this is unfair 175 dollars that is assault hope city of Erwin put the ayes on this company is insane
I moved to Erwin 5 months ago and Erwin utilities has been amazing for us! The internet is fast and super reliable, and our bill for all services has been the cheapest I’ve ever paid anywhere! When hurricane helene hit we were only without power for a few hours despite being a mile away from the flood zone. I couldn’t recommend them enough!
Worst company to ever pay my money too, charges for everything to be fixed. Scam company scam people.
