I had to replace a stud on my car’s right rear tire and had previously done this at Blacks Tire. They usually took about 3 hours and charged $400 to change it. When I went to Blacks to have them change this broken stud they told me that the best they could do was make an appointment for Monday which would require I take another day off work and drive on the broken stud — which is not a good idea — for three days. The employees are very polite and very helpful
Asked a question about state inspection bad attiude like he was being bothered
I stopped by for an inspection at 3:30pm, that takes what 10-15 minutes, if that. I was told by a heavy set African American that he was not doing any more inspections today because all he made was $13 and he had a $3000 job sitting in the shop. Customer service was absolutely horrible!
