Make sure your project is a big one. I had a couple smaller projects like a cabniets with floating self's and then I told him I had more projects in the future. Told me 3 months out which I said yes too as I believed in his integrity. Well 2 1/2 months later sorry I can't do your project. I told him I could still wait if time was a factor but he said no. I believe it boils down to my project not bringing in big bucks. To say I was disappointed is an understatement.
