Don't use these people I would not recommend Edward McCain or Daly Workers’ Compensation Lawyers. They were originally responsible for my workers’ compensation case dating back to 2015, and another lawyer had to take over the case. In my experience, they did virtually nothing to move my case forward or help me obtain a fair resolution. Despite the lack of meaningful work or results, they still received a payment when the case was finally settled by another attorney. I highly recommend Mr. Daly. He was persistent in follow up and overall communication. Was able to answer all my questions, and would take the time to make sure he responded to everything in a timely fashion. Very professional!!!
I can agree with others. Mr. Daly is superb. If you have an issue, he will respond to you even on the weekend. He does his best to get you everything you deserve. He is very trustworthy.
My case is currently ongoing and I'd recommend Mr Daly to ANYONE. He won't tell you nothing that he doesn't know or that isn't a fact. If he's busy on the phone shoot him an email he always responds right away even on Sunday when he can! Communication is huge and that's just 1 out of 50 things this man is great at. Even his staff are wonderful.
