Horrible experience. Mixed up my case with another clients and sent legal documents to my husband in our divorce case saying I agreed to pay $2000 in attorney fees and $2600 a month in alimony. Not even true or mentioned! Told an assistant made the mistake of course! Once you pay the retainer fee, they have no time to meet, email, return phone calls or update you one basics. Be careful of Erwin, Martinkus and Cole Some of the attorneys at the Erwin Firm with whom I have had experience are just plain unethical. Lynne Feldman charges alot of money to immigrants and is often dishonest with the foreign speaking individuals. Lynne Feldman often overcharges for work that the foreign national could do themselves. Be careful. Read the contracts very carefully.
