We own a Carver which Erwin sold new. We had them out to look at a few items for repair. The repairman didn't have a clue. He thought he had a blown head gasket on the generator. After he left, I fixed the non-starting issue within an hour. We had a code error on one of the Marine Air units. I gave them the code before they came out. He won’t even look at the unit. What a waste of a service call fee!!!!! We would NEVER use them again. Beware they are NOT experts.
