Dr. Lo is not just a fantastic surgeon but a wonderful person as well. I opted to have Nevro implant for CRPS type II l in early January 24. Dr. Lo actually listens to how YOU feel. CRPS type II is hard to explain and rare. To find a doctor who takes time to make sure you are comfortable as possible is also rare. All of the staff is kind, efficient and empathetic. I was in rough shape during this implant process and honestly was not nice to be around. This office understood. Dr. Lo and his staff are simply the best.

3 appointments not kept Yes 3 The clinic closed it’s window without speaking to us as if to close down for the day and I have no idea what is going on. Then when I’m done waiting because I physically can’t wait any more they were rude to my wife for asking to get the image’s back that we provided. I should have known on the first appointment when another patient was upset about similar issues and the dr didn’t show for my first one. Dr. Lo has been a blessing to my family and me. I was 46 and about 90% paralyzed and had no idea why. After going to Spinetech and being diagnosed with spinal compression in my C 3,4,5 and 6. I heard the words no one wants to hear. You need surgery!! My surgery was done through the back of my neck as going through the front was too risky. My odds were not good either way. I chose surgery.
