We recently visited the Erwin Hymer Center in Stafford to view a motorhome we had shortlisted, we had an excellent experience with the team there, Ian Swift is worthy of a particular mention, the customer service was outstanding—friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. My partner recently purchased a Hymer motor home here. It was a great experience with friendly staff, we were looked after and kept informed throughout the whole process, highly recommend.
In November 2023 I bought a Dethleffs motorhome from these guys for £140,000. The service i received from them was poor at best and, in reality, appalling. I haven't been back since and I cannot possibly reccomend them. When the time comes to change my motorhome, I will look elsewhere for is replacement. Every negative review you will read about them is exactly my experience, don't let it become yours.
If I could give ‘0’ stars I would based off my experience to date. Purchased a brand new MoHo in Dec last year. On collection a few things were broken/missing and a small bit of damage to the vehicle incl air bubbles in the decals. Some bits received. But frustrated as I can’t seem to get a response to repeated emails (admittedly given up now) ref the broken bits and damage. I am writing this review after 8 months of dismal, frustrating service from this company. My mother's motorhome was recovered to this garage in September 2024 after being stolen. All it required to repair was to change the locks and fix 2 interior blinds as very little damage had occurred as result of the theft. Communication from the garage was abysmal.
