I have a few friends that live there. I agree that it's like a concentration camp. The administration is like a communist group. If you complain, you will be targeted by them. They had a fire 2 years ago and still haven't done anything to return the people to their apartments. They have bedbugs and instead of hiring a professional, they "fixed" it themselves and still haven't gotten rid of the problem. They also have mice. I hope that they don't take this down. It's all true.

Nobody ever picks up the phone how am i supposed to contact them about housing every hour to half hour i dont know how to find them in person i have a 1 month old and i want to move i need housing in ct and i was suggested this place 2 weeks ago
