Service after the sale I bought my Jeep from Erwin about a year ago. When I had a problem requiring service a few months later, they fixed it but charged me for it. I was not very happy, but didn't voice my opinion at the time. When they called me a few weeks later to thank me for my business and ask if I was satisfied with the service, I told the lady that I wasn't too thrilled and explained the problem.
