I love ERW Personal Training! Briana has been great. She listens to my needs and goals, and had tailored my workouts accordingly. The gym is always clean and peaceful. I always look forward to my training sessions!

I have been going to ERW Personal Training following the completion of my PT sessions at ERW. I found that they understand how to work with folks at different levels of capability. I have been working with Briana for a while now. The sessions are based on what the individual needs which I really appreciate! I really like that ERW is small enough to feel like there is a nice community of trainers and people training. I have no plans to switch to a different gym!

If you are looking for someone to help you succeed in your path to good health these are the people you are looking for. All the trainers are extremely knowledgeable and caring. Their focus is always on helping you reach your best potential in a safe and controlled manner. The gym facility is very nice with all the updated equipment. It's not overcrowded with people. It's more like a family atmosphere. I highly recommend Kaleb Laroche, Jake Wood, Deletha Sommers and my personal trainer Briana Thompkins.

ERW Personal Training is amazing! I’ve been working with Deletha for almost 2 years. I’ve seen great results. The workouts are always well balanced and provide just the right amount of challenge. I highly recommend this place.
