We have been struggling with an electrical issue, that 4 other Rv techs could not solve. We called Erik to fix a leak on our coach which he immediately fixed and during our conversation about this problem he immediately started working to find what was causing our problem. He worked many hours and multiple days and finally was able to fix our problem which no one else could find. Met Erik at a storage unit where he was working on a Class A. Talked about RV repairs. Was impressed and thankful I found an independent repairman in case I needed one. Well, I did need him and contacted him on his website. He was quick to reply but he was busy and said he'd call me back... but I never heard from him eventho I tried to contact him again.
