Elkhart store lost a potential customer. Dude had some attitude. I came in with my older Dyson and asked about repair. He gave me an idea of the least I could expect to pay, which included a $40 fee just for him to look at it. I completely understood, and was weighing whether to leave it or just ask him to sell me a new one. I was leaning toward the latter. At this point, it wasn't what he said, but how he said it.
