Great buying experience. No hassle, no smoke and mirrors, no circus atmosphere. Tom was great, I called earlier in the day, he actually called me back to see when I'd arrive. Most people can't pickup the phone to call anymore, they text or email. Tom does call, and I like that. Beth in the paperwork department was equally as enjoyable and great to work with. Went to go get codes checked as we were driving and the check engine light came on. I was the one talking and the guy couldn't keep eye contact and tried to ask the guy I was with question; as I am the one who was talking. Told me they could not look at it right away because they were "elbows deep". And that we would have to keep it there and they could possible look at it...
