After reading my review and others that follow, you will likely see a pattern. I obtained a quote from the company for interior painting. I accepted the proposal and they went silent on me. A woman came out to give a quote but I never received an email with it. I called the office after a week and never heard from them. I chose someone who was prompt and timely to do the work.
I received an estimate from Ervin Bros. Painting LLC and at that time I mentioned to Shane Ervin that we would be replacing the flooring. On the first day they arrived, they were putting canvases on the floor and he told his workers that we were replacing the flooring so they didn’t have to be that careful. I reminded them, I would not be replacing the flooring right away so please be careful.
