I was paying 80$ a month electricity here in Rio Rico Az, after these guys installed their panels, I’m paying between 120-180 a month plus almost 200$ a month for the panels , Mike Polley did nothing but lie to me , they also changed their phone numbers after the transaction was done , I can never get them in the phone , I plan on opening up a lawsuit with Enus

Worst decision of our life to go solar, at least with this company!! It's closed without letting customers know, and now what happens with our 30 year warranty????? So freaking disappointed.
Poor customer service. I have had the panels for months and not once have they produced any sort of energy. I have emailed but am given a generic response. I call and am left on hold for a few minutes only to be told there are "technical difficulties" and the call gets dropped. This is a scam and will be reporting to the BBB. Save your money.
Estoy frustrada porque me pusieron paneles desde septiembre 2023 y hasta hoy en día enero 01/08/2024 y no me los han conectado estoy pagando 2 viles y es demasiado no encuentras puertas alguien que me ayude yo vivo en rio rico arizona los podre demandar
