First Erus Does not have any office in Florida, Second I had a bad micro inverter, that i needed to get replaced. I called the service desk and they gave me a number to call a technician that was capable of working on the and to give a proper look over to get it replaced because it was still under warranty. The person did not even have a license to work in Florida. So I called back and got hold of another person let them no of the situation. Realy bad company to work with....
Not sure why this company took 5 months to inform me that my system wasn't reporting any information as it was down...for whatever reason. Secondly, When I call Tampa offices at 10am on a Monday, the mail box is full. Can't leave a message? Really....you're a business, get a mailbox with enough space. You guys gotta do better. This is unsatisfactory!
The customer service is the worst. Once the panels are installed, they do the absolute minimum to help its customer. I would not recommend them. Nevermind the fact, I was promised 11kws per hour and only getting 8.5. If I had to do all over again, I would not.
