My husband and I had Erus install solar panels on our brand new home in 2017. Fast forward to this month when we had a very heavy rainstorm and noticed water dripping down from a can light in our kitchen. Upon climbing through the attic we discovered the source of the leak to be a lag bolt from the solar panels which was improperly placed and missed the truss. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible company. Signed contract with Erus Energy on 8/11/18. Installation began on 9/27/18. Did not complete installation and have not been back to finish. Installers did not have complete package of contents included in contract. I have sent emails to Brady, Torres, Caroballo, Cortinas, and others, only to get pawned off to someone else without any resolution to fulfilling their part of the signed contract..
