Years ago, this place treated me very poorly on a motorcycle purchase. I went in again for a side by side purchase just to see if things changed. David made it super easy and straight forward, and I was the owner of a side by side within an hour after I stepped foot in the building. All around great service from him.
Bought a new Kawasaki jet ski there a year ago. Arranged the deal, when they opened the crate to put it together, there was some gelcoat bubbles. I said well if you and Kawasaki will stand behind this and fix it, I’ll still take it. Everyone said ok. I’ll bring it back after Labor Day, you service and winterize it and fix the fiberglass over the off season, I’ll pick it up next spring. This was late last July when I bought it. I purchased a kawasaki eliminator from Ertel motorsports. In April I got great service and the sales people were exceptional. If I ever needed a new bike or quad I would definitely go back.
