Joy Ertel use to be a great pediatrician but lately when u call to be seen for even ongoing issues her answer is take to ER even when not an emergency. Has happened twice now and will definitely not recommend. Why have a physician if they will not see children when sick. End up at Urgent care as issues are not for emergencies. Would not recommend
