Went to see this Dr. Ertan for bloating and stomach issues. I literally waited for 3 hours no one told me about why he was late. He finally came into the room with his resident and he was completely worthless. Never addressed my concerns didn’t even let me explain my symptoms kept cutting me off as I was telling him my concerns. On that note apparently this office charges patients some weird ridiculous fee for 40 dollars other than your copay for administrative purposes. Waited 3 months to see Dr and 2 hours in the room to speak with him to be told to drink yogurt. I'm glad the doctor did not rush to do unnecessary tests but my health concern was not addressed and I felt that my very severe symptoms were dismissed.
I've been trying to schedule an appointment for the past three weeks. I've left three voicemails, but I still haven't been able to secure an appointment. It's not the doctor's fault, but he should be aware of how his front office is operating. I'm in the process of looking for another doctor in the meantime.
He diagnosed Mom with Chrons. We had been to so many doctors before seeing him, finally we had a diagnosis that made sense & gave us hope!!! He was amazing!!!
