Turkish dentists are the best on their job.
Dr Ersoy and Dr Hiba were absolutely amazing in removing my stubborn wisdom tooth (tooth had a root just as big as the crown). I’ve been coming here for my regular check-ups and cleans, and the care is always second to none. I genuinely didn’t feel a thing during the procedure and they provided excellent aftercare advice. Even as the anaesthetic wore off, the prescribed medication did wonders! Surprisingly experienced no pain, just bit sore and back at work the next day. Dr. Ersoy, don't worry and don't be upset. I only wished that you could introduce the installments plan like other dentists because we like your clinic, but if it's so hard for you, then don't worry. It's your kingdom and you are the king! No need to compare your medical clinic to Woolies and Coles. Each business is different. Also, you don't need to compare yourself with poor cheap overseas dentists. We know they don't live in a lucky country called Australia 🙂 Relax 🙂
Overall an extremely shocking experience and not in a good way. Doctor ersoy was unbelievably rude, and had no professionalism in dealing with customers. He proceeded to YELL and raised his voice on me and my child that day, honstly we were scared from him and we were shocked the way he acted Even the way they respone to the 1 star review is very inproffinoal and rude ,I left the clinic with being served with nothing other than dr ersoy is being unbelievably rude ,and has NO CLASS at all.
