The receptionist Lynn is really lovely and went above and behind to help me when in a difficult situation which I really appreciate. 🙏
Why do you have an opening time of 8am and the pathology nurses start at 8:30am. The waiting room is packed at 8am and the wait time is ridiculously long because of their late start time. This should be changed to benefit the waiting people.

I recently had an appointment with Dr Kodsy and for the first time I truly felt heard. I only wish I had seen him sooner. He was incredibly professional, kind, and took the time to listen to my concerns. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a compassionate and attentive doctor.
I could live with the clinic running on average 30 minutes behind at best, but the fact that if you're 5 minutes late they won't let you see a doctor is a bit ridiculous. Also some of the receptionist lake in professionalism..
