I called this practice today as my usual GP was unavailable and I urgently needed a doctor to administer a simple injection. I explained my situation clearly & that I was not seeking to become a new or ongoing patient, but simply required one quick visit for this one-off treatment. This practice offers exceptional service by GP's & the staff at the forefront will go out of their way to help. I travel 3 hours for appointments because its hard to find good GP"s

This place has the hide to charge for appointments you miss, when they literally never keep an appointment time slot, it's time people used there solicitors and charged for every 15 minute interval of wait time in this surgery at $1 per minute, they clearly over book which make all patients nothing but a number with a dollar value to them, it is a far cry from the family clinic it describes in its name or was a decade ago... you should be ashamed of yourselves, absolutely appalling service
