On a road trip our alternator was failing fast. I looked up repair shops near us and Erskine showed up with so many glowing reviews from people in situations just like us. We got to them in 8 minutes, they came right out and checked the issue, had an alternator delivered to their shop within an hour and had it repaired with a couple more. On top of that they took me and my little family down the street to Wilson's State Park so our kids could swim while we waited. Phenomenal shop, phenomenal service, phenomenal people.
Been a loyal customer there for years and never had any issues until recently. Brought in my car due to a check engine light being on. Mechanic checked it and told me it was the thermostat regulator and not to worry about it as it “happens all the time”. We just my car over 1500 miles with the code coming back and had no AC on one side of the vehicle. Took it to a different shop and was told I needed a new thermostat and they cleared the code for me. The only shop I've been 2 around here that actually gets your vehical in the day u schedule the appointment for. Reasonably priced and great service
We are from out of town on a limited budget and needed some tire help. They came threw on the clutch and made it work for both of us to get back on the road to college! Thank you guys! Super nice people and my pup enjoyed the activity and she made some friends :)
