This company owns the mall in Middlesboro Kentucky and they have let that place go. The parking lots are trashed, weeds everywhere, side walks cracked, leaks in the roof, dirty building on the outside, etc…. It’s a mess and looks trashed. They obviously do not care about it or the way that it looks. They just want to collect their rent which is way too expensive. The poor upkeep and ridiculous rent is why there are barely any stores left. You need to do better Ershig Properties. Take some pride in the things you own.

8:49 they finally delivered my food after over 2 hours. The online tracker still says they are quality checking. And if you call they say they have only one driver... Yikes a pizza company should know better especially on new years.

They don’t pay their roofers. (Videos of work and pictures) basically used us as slaves just to get their mall done in Somerset Kentucky. I also have a video of the other crew they tried sending up there to mess everything up. (Made backwards seams, glued down seams, and also tried staggering insulation board only by a couple inches) and yes I have pictures and videos. If you want work maybe not go to ershig properties as a contractor or sub, they will f*ck you over. Take them to court..
