Just had another one of our Properties upgraded by ERS Mechanical…. New Rheem high efficiency gas guy, Indoor Evaporator Coil and a 18 SEER Central Air Unit. Bought 5 “new” hvac systems for a multifamily project from correll totaling over $14k. He stopped replying once i had a couple issues and needed assistance. Im considering pursuing legal action as i now have found he sold me damaged equipment that is worthless. For example, the coil box was crushed and hidden.
