Very disappointed in their lack of communication. Additionally, I made an appointment via online. Not two minutes later, I decided to change the time thirty minutes earlier. I was charged $56.00 for the change. I understand that they have a 48 hour policy or they charge 50%, but changing the time within two minutes of booking and still being charged 50% is ridiculous. Read the checklist about what is covered. Regarding what is not covered contact errund and ask if they can add the service in. They are responsive to emails.
