The clinic felt outdated, with worn furniture in the waiting room and a poorly maintained reception area. My dental cleaning was exceptionally painful—unlike any other experience I’ve had in my regular six-month cleanings. The pain was so intense I felt it down my spine, yet the dentist seemed indifferent. I would never return.
To say I am dumbfounded is an entire understatement. The receptionist got almost aggressive over the fact I wasn’t comfortable sharing a private matter with her for personal reasons, became argumentative and then made a homophobic slur and hung up on me, then the dentist called me back saying his name not where he was from so I had no idea who he was after questioning him to find out where he had called as he didn’t use a practice name only his personal.
