I was just there and met Karla, I really recommend this place for prom for all the girls because the girls there are so nice and welcoming. 10/10. Will go back again to look for my senior prom dress
A very elegant store. It has a lot of selection choices from sweet 16s to quinceaneras and also wouldn't in any special event you got coming up. The staff is very nice and friendly prices are reasonable
Yesterday, my wife and I visited your store looking to purchase two dresses for our daughters. Unfortunately, our experience was deeply disappointing due to the complete lack of customer service we received. Upon entering, we passed by two saleswomen standing at the register. Not once did they acknowledge us—not a “hello,” “welcome,” or “can we help you with anything.” Instead, they continued chatting with each other and made no effort to assist us during the entire time we were in the store. Great variety of wedding dresses and the lady order a dress for my mom which came way earlier. The customer service is excellent!
