Immature and unprofessional. Senior hairdresser ruined my hair. Blocked me, hung up on me & swore at me.
Waste of time money and effort. Wasn’t greeted nicely by receptionist. Made my hair look like zebra stripes. My hair was natural and now it’s snapping and brittle, they left the foils process way too long and looks nothing like the balayage photo I provided and they told me it was my fault. Ruined the condition of my hair. Don’t be fooled by their 5 star reviews

I walked in without an appointment, asked about donating my hair and getting a fresh haircut — and voila! I walked out with a gorgeous short bob that I absolutely love. My hair feels amazing, and knowing that I might have helped someone else makes it even better. Thank you for the fantastic job and for being so lovely throughout the whole process!
